- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items and all ceramic items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Eligibility for Returns: If you wish to return a standard item, please notify me within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.
- Refunds: Unfortunatly shipping costs are non-refundable. Once I receive your returned item, I aim to process your refund of the product only within 5-7 business days.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt with photos and a description of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Exchanges: please understand that at this time I can not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
